Wild Horsefeathers will not send any unsolicited e-mail, unless you check the box on one of the forms allowing us to keep you updated on new products, specials and promotions, or if you are the winner of one of our contests.
Wild Horsefeathers will NEVER share ANY of your information with ANY third party.
Notice to Parents of Children under the age of 13
This statement is made in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (C.O.P.P.A.), which became law on April 21, 2000. It applies to parents of children under the age of 13 that visit our site.
Before we can fill an order or free catalog request from your child, award your child a prize from one of our contests, or place your child's e-mail address on our update list, we must have your permission. You may grant your permission either by e-mail, fax, mail or telephone.
Your permission is not necessary in order for your child to simply enter one of our contests, since your child can do this by supplying just their name and e-mail address, and we will not retain this information once the contest concludes.
To fill a request for one of our free catalogs or to accept an order, we will collect only the information that you or your child supplies on our form, which may or may not include telephone and credit card numbers, aside from your mail address.
Before we can even fill a request from your child for one of our free catalogs, however, or place your child's e-mail address on our list, we must have your permission.
This is the reason that we ask for your e-mail address on the free catalog request form. We will only use your e-mail address to contact you to get your permission for us to collect the mailing information from your child, or for your permission to allow us to send your child e-mail whenever we have any specials or promotions.
If you do not wish to have your child supply us with your e-mail address, you may still grant us permission to mail a catalog (or request one of our free catalogs yourself directly) either by mail, toll free telephone or fax. You may also return to our Catalog Request Form page and complete the form yourself, which requires only the mailing information necessary to send the catalog.
Any time we collect any information from your child, you have the right to request that we supply you with this information.
We will NEVER share your information with ANY third party, and if we inadvertently collect information from your child without your permission and against your wishes, upon notice thereof, it will be deleted from our system.
