How long will it take my order to arrive?
We will make every effort to ship available product within 24-48 hours. Packages are generally shipped with UPS or with US Priority Mail. As we are shipping from Rhode Island, expect a 2-3 business day delivery time east of the Mississippi, 5-7 business days to the west.
For packages being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, we will ship U.S Priority mail. Expect a 5-7 day delivery time.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are calculated for each destination address.
Do you offer Express Shipping? What are my options?
Yes, if we receive your order by 2:00pm EST, your order can go out 3-day, 2-day or Overnight, with some exceptions. Express charges are calculated based on weight, and are actual UPS charges. Express Shipping is not available for some oversized items as noted in the catalog or on our website. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping delivery times count business days, starting the next business day. Please note express shipping not available to all locations.
I live in Canada. Can I place an order?
For Canadian orders, please add $25.00 to the shipping costs. Your order will be shipped US Global Priority Mail. Duties and tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I place an order for International delivery?
Please call or email for information concerning International delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you provide a valid email address, you will receive via email a ship notification from UPS when the package is shipped. You also can check the status of your order online by clicking "order status" in the lower left hand corner of any page on our site.
Can I tell if an item is available? Am I ordering from a "real-time" inventory?
Yes and No! Our inventory is upgraded regularly through out the day and we make every attempt to keep it as current as possible. If an item becomes unexpectedly backordered we will notify you immediately. If an item is on backorder, the expected date of product delivery is noted. We can generally ship backordered items within 24 hours of shipment receipt.
I placed an order online but did not receive a confirmation.
Due to SPAM and internet filtering controls, you may not receive the two email confirmations that we send. To insure receipt of correspondence from Wild Horsefeather, please add our email address to your list of acceptable addresses - pony@wildhorsefeathers.com
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer two types of gift wrapping, both for $5.95. Smaller items can be wrapped in green tissue and enclosed in our signature burlap gift bag, measuring 10" x 12". Or we can enclose the gift wrapped in green tissue in our oatmeal colored gift boxes and tied with green satin ribbon. Also, you can add a message at no charge.
All of our jewelery comes in a smaller version of our burlap gift bag at no extra charge.
Gift wrapping is not available for some oversized items as noted in the catalog or on our website.
You have so many great ideas I can't decide what to purchase. Do you offer Gift Certificates?
If after looking through our catalog, you simply cannot choose a gift for someone special, give a Wild Horsefeathers' Gift Certificate. We will send a copy of our current catalog with a personalized note card and a certificate for the specified amount at no extra charge. For $5.95 we will enclose the catalog and gift certificate in our signature gift bag.
When you place the order for delivery to another address, we will send the receipt to your home address, confirming that the gift has been sent.
What payment options do you offer? Can I place an order now and send you a check?
Wild Horsefeathers accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept check by phone at this time. We do not ship COD.

Once I place my order online, can I call back and ADD or CHANGE something?
Once your order is placed online, it begins processing. You can give us a call and we'll make every effort to help you. However, if the change is more than 30 minutes later, especially during the holiday season, it is unlikely we will be able to make the change. Please give us a call at 1.800.298.4998 and have as much information available as possible.
What is your return policy? What if I order early for the holiday season?
If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, we will be happy to exchange, substitute or issue a refund for merchandise returned in original condition within 30 days. (Please note that no returns are accepted on opened packages of computer software, videos, CDs or DVDs. Please read minimum requirements carefully.)
Holiday purchases may be returned up until January 31. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges.
How do I return an item?
